Hakim Sepanjang Karir
Hakim Konstitusi ini sudah 36 tahun berkarir sebagai hakim saat
dilantik menjadi hakim konstitusi pada 16 Agustus 2003. Pria kelahiran
Surabaya, 5 Juni 1941, ini adalah lulusan Fakultas Hukum Universitas
Tujuh Belas Agustus, Jakarta (1967).
Soedarsono was born in Surabaya, 5 June 1941. After finishing his
bachelor degree in the Faculty of Law, Tujuh Belas Agustus University,
Jakarta in 1967, he directly builds his career in the Department of
Justice. His last position was the Chief of the Administrative Court of
Appeal in Surabaya (2002-2003).
This father of three children regards a position as a mandate, which is
to be accounted in front of God. As a Constitutional Court Justice, he
hopes that he can finish his duties well as hoped by society. He
considers the decreasing spirit of the state officials and society in
general in implementing the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of
Indonesia as the biggest challenge of the Constitutional Court.
