Kharis Suhud Mohammad was born in Madiun, East Java, on 10 April 1925. Kharis Suhud started his career as an employee of the railway in 1943. Been adopting various positions, including Chairman of the Assembly in the period 1987-1992, the former Chairman of the Armed Forces 1982-1987 period, and former Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Thailand in 1975-1978.
